2024 came and went, and it feels like I was one my backfoot throughout most of the year. I was sitting down to do a sort of summary of how the year went and what I plan for the new year, but then I realized I hadn’t even cought up on my latest publication news. So, that post will have to wait a bit.
As so often was the case, it was through the Pete Wood Challenge over at Stupefying Stories that I got my final publication of 2024. Another flash fiction/drabble piece written to the prompt.
It’s called “When the Wind Changes” and was published 2024.12.20. You can read it for free here.
For the first time, though, I won first place in the competition. And “When the Wind Changes” is probably also the one of my entries for the Pete Wood Challenge I most satisfied with. I hope you’ll enjoy it too.
