So, yeah, Grievous Angel Magazine, a SFWA pro-paying market, decided to publish my flash fiction story After the Dragon. You can read it for free here.
I got the acceptance letter some months ago, and I’ve been smiling ever since. It still seems too good to be true that after just three years dedicated practice, I’m apparently writing at a professional level.
Now I just have to prove it wasn’t a fluke. Easy, right? (In case you didn’t notice that was irony; I’m already stressing over the next couple of stories that needs to find a home)
Oh, and if you’re a fan of speculative fiction and haven’t checked out the magazine, I recommend doing so, especially if you like both poetry and flash fiction. They publish excellent examples of both.
